Jaymes has over 20 years of professional and commercial experience in performing risk assessment and evaluation of internal control systems encompassing governance and operations for various industries. 

Prior to heading his own practice in 2021, he was attached to a Big 6 accounting firm for 7 years. Jaymes has worked closely with Boards, Audit and Risk Committees, as well as Senior Management in the planning and delivery of internal audit and enterprise-wide risk management implementation projects. He is also involved in special and ongoing projects such as ESG reporting and compliance, write-up, assurance and implementation of sustainability reporting standards and framework (Reporting Guides and GRI) for reporting to Bursa Malaysia and Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX).
